CONNECT SLO AKA CONNECT is located in San Luis Obispo.

This project consisted of approximately 58,500 square-foot, 78 residential units including studio, 1-bed, 2bed apartments, and amenity spaces.

Pawitar Singh spearheaded the project from Design Development and took it through Construction Admin. Pawitar worked with the Contractor and Owner during the construction phase, including RFI, reviewing Submittals, and site visits at the previous Architectural Firm.

22 Chorro AKA The Academy Chorro is located in San Luis Obispo.

This project consisted of approximately 47,000 square-foot, 27 residential units, and amenity spaces.

Pawitar Singh spear headed the project from planning and took it through construction documents. Pawitar worked with Contractor and Owner during the construction phase, including RFI, reviewing Submittals, site visits.

Pawitar Singh worked with the client through construction documents and started the construction administration for a 28 million hotel in Oakland, CA. This project used ConXtech structure which required a lots of coordination up front to make sure all the structure worked around the guestrooms.
