Pawitar Singh

   Pawitar Singh graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a bachelor's in Architecture. He worked as Project Manager at Arris Studio Architects for the past 8 years. He managed all aspects of design including Schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration, animations, and renderings. He has worked on a variety of projects including Mixed-used, student housing, hotels, and low-income (affordable) housing.  

Currently, Pawitar Singh is an independent designer who designs custom residential projects and is a construction project manager. He is also a real estate investor who builds ground-up Single-family homes.

Background:

     Pawitar Singh was born and raised in a small town as a farm boy in Punjab, India. He moved to the States in 1998 to pursue new dreams with his father. While attending school to learn English, he started helping his father in construction where he picked up a passion for architecture. His father saw the potential in Pawitar to achieve great things. Eventually, Pawitar's father convinced him to go back to school to get a higher education. After long years of studying while raising his family of five, he finally graduated from one of the best universities in the States.
